EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Please note that all pieces are part of Collections created in limited handcrafted batches. To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. All requests are subject to approval from AliMa’s Customer Support. Packages received without approval will be kept and no exchange will be processed.
To start a return, you can contact us at alimajewellery@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided, in NYC, US.
Approved exchanges and returns must be shipped within 7 days and a tracking number must be provided or approval will be void. Shipping charges are non refundable. Sender is responsible for return shipping costs. A 7% restocking fee will be applied for all returns.
Silver, Brass, and Gold Plated items- are eligible for a one-time exchange or refund.
Fine and Demi-Fine pieces (18k Gold, 14k Gold, 10k Gold pieces, pieces with natural stones) are eligible for a one-time exchange only.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or refund was approved. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or provided a store credit as preferred. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For exchanges, the newly selected product will be shipped within 10 business days from the accepted return. If the value of exchange is less than the item purchased amount, a Store Credit will be issued.
Store credits expire 4 months from date issued.
We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
FINAL SALE
At this time the following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:
- customized pieces
- deposits for custom work
- exchanged items or Store Credit purchases
- gift cards
- international orders
- Items purchased during Promotional events & Sales
- Items purchased with a discount code of 15% or more
- One-of-a-kind items
- Service fees and shipping charges
- Special orders
REQUESTS
For all returns or exchanges (online or in-store) please make requests to alimajewellery@gmail.com
Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser, and a brief description of the reason for the request.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
If the product was not bought on the AliMa Jewellery website please refer to the third party vendor for their return and exchange policy, as we are not responsible.
REPAIR POLICY
Purchased From AliMa Jewellery
We offer a thirty day limited warranty for all our pieces. For any issues within that time frame, please fill out our Contact Form. Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser with Date of Purchase and you will receive a repair quote or solution from our AliMa Customer Service Team within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
Purchased From Another Retailer
Items purchased from other retailers: Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate repair requests for items purchased from other retailers.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. As above, shipping charges are non refundable, the sender is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 7% restocking fee will be applied for all returns.
