Order Processing
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Tuesdays and Fridays, unless otherwise noted. All orders placed on Friday EST may be processed the following week; this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact alimajewellery@gmail.com.
Only one discount can be applied per order at checkout.
Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.
We are NOT able to ship to PO BOXES. Please note that if an order is placed with a PO BOX as the shipping address, we will kindly ask you to provide an alternate shipping address.
Shipping Methods:
- Next Day: Expected Delivery 1-2 days
- Second Day Expected Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Ground Expected Delivery from NYC: 3 - 7 business days
International Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. All orders placed on Friday EST might be processed the following week. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All international orders are shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS Worldwide. The price of International Shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
Messenger Service
At this time we are unable to accommodate customer pickups. If you would like your order hand-delivered, we can arrange a messenger service for an additional fee if you are local to NYC. For all messenger service requests, please email us at alimajewellery@gmail.com. Please include Contact Info, Order # and desired Drop-Off location.
Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order item. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock, custom order or soon-to-be-available product. We may collect payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a pre-order order up to 30 days before it is fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
